Currently if a footprint in library is renamed it doesn't propagate to the parts where this footprint is used. I would be great to have an option to automatically update footprint name in part once appropriate footprint is renamed.
Symbol has been included. The only slight problem is that such a function could only run on parts in libraries that it is aware of, so any unknown or not enabled could lose out.
