The latest update for V9.0 is now available for users with maintenance contracts to download from the Updates page (http://pulsonix.com/updates.asp)

Note: V9 will install independant of previous versions so you can run both V9 and V8.* side-by-side. A V9 license will be required to fully operate V9, contact the sales line.

Do we need to download "Latest Pulsonix application help file" in addition if upgrading from 6601 to 6602?

The 6602 patch includes the latest build of the help file.
