Under particular circumstances I have defined track size larger than pad size ,for example when small picth packages component (MOSFET) have more than one pin to connect power signal . When i run autorouter the size of the track connected to the pad is larger than pad width itself causing poor design . Can you suggest a strategy to avoid this problem or to correct it in an automated way?

Having an alternative footprint with breakout was a suggestion. After Autoroute you can use Fatten/Neck on selected segments but this would use the alternative size which you have already said is too wide, so they will need to be manually modified

Is it possible to get the result without editing footprint libraries?

You may be able to add breakouts to your footprint and ask the router to use them.

Is your alternative track size suitable to route into those pads? If so put on the Use Minimum Width switch.
