Posted - 22 Oct 2013 : 19:31:51 Hi all, we Install now Version 8 and so we get the Info that all older Designs we have to open and save it in Version 8 before we work with it. My Idea was to open all the Designs we have by a script, save it and finish.
is here anybody to know how to do that ?

Posted - 23 Oct 2013 : 08:53:51 I am not aware of any situation that requires you to save in the latest format before working on a design. You should be able to open the V7.6 format file and work on it without doing anything special. When you go to save the design that it will tell you the file on disk is in an earlier format, and warn you that saving it the latest format will mean it cannot be read by earlier versions of the program.
