Posted - 06 Nov 2017 : 14:59:02 We would like to use the Pulsonix hierarchical function to draw block diagrams of our projects and thus have a high level view of the whole system. This integrated feature in Pulsonix would be useful to avoid having to use other programs (such as Visio) whose design would remain disconnected from the Pulsonix wiring diagram. We did some tests, but we encountered the following problems: 1. The block symbol can not be easily edited in the schematic design environment but you must edit the symbol in the schematic symbol editor environment. This loses sight of how large the block within the schematics needs to be. 2. From each block, they exit (or enter) as many connections as they are to the system block. In this way you lose the "block" view as a whole. We would like to be able to exit the ordered arrows by logical function (as in Visio). How to do? It would be helpful to have examples or to see a webinar that discusses how to efficiently use the blocks. It would also be important to understand how you thought about using them. Here attached an example.
