1) You can nest "List of Doc Symbols" underneath "List of Pages" but can't nest "List of Components" underneath "List of Pages".
2) You can report the page name and page number underneath "List of Doc Symbols", but you cannot report the page name and number underneath "List of Components". Of course when you have multiple gates on different sheets this could become complicated.
