Currently the topic subject line is limited to a certain number of symbols that is sometimes rather restrictive and isn't enough for the full description of the topic. Would it be possible to increase that limit?

We can certainly take a look at what is involved in changing this. It looks like the subject is limited to 100 characters at the moment.
