Fiducials as documentation symbols to IPC and SMEMA standards.

These fiducials were created by myself based upon the IPC and SMEMA standards.

All fiducials have a keep out area for copper, drills, tracks, vias, test points, and copper pour avoid.

FIDUCIAL_PCB_ROUND
Round 1.00 mm pad with 3.00 solder mask clearance.
Keep out area 3.00 mm.
Pad style: c100m300p0k300
Matches IPC-2221A figure 5-6 "Preferred".

FIDUCIAL_IC_LEAST
Round 0.50 mm pad with 1.00 mm solder mask clearance.
Keep out area 1.00 mm.
Pad style: c50m100p0k100
