January 18 2001. WestDev Ltd a Tewkesbury UK based software development company announces the release of Pulsonix, their all new high level PCB Layout product.

Pulsonix is the first completely new, high level PCB Design and Layout product on the world market for many years.  The immediate difference between Pulsonix and the other high level PCB Layout tools is the completely free schematic capture design editor component of the Pulsonix product.
