When contacting our support team with Spice queries, you will need to supply the following files:
.sch design file
.cir circuit file
.log log file
.txt control file
Spice models or Extra Simulation Data (see below).
Spice Models and Extra Simulation Data
If you are experiencing a problem and need to send a design to support for investigation, please ensure that all the models and subcircuits used by the design are either included in your Email or alternatively, have been copied into the Extra Simulation Data dialog (located on the Simulation) menu. On selection, use the Import Models button. This will extract all the used Spice model details and paste them into this dialog. This is all we need for model data to recreate the simulation of the design.
