Use Change Style to change the style used by the selected text or attribute items.
If you wish to alter the style for all text items using it, change the style name or it’s parameters in the design’s Technology data.
You can also use the Next Style and Previous Style commands to change the text style of a single selected item to the next or previous text style that would be shown in the Change Style dialog style list. These commands are available whenever Change Style is available for a single item, but are not on the context menus as they are designed to be placed on shortcut keys.

How To Change A Text Style
Use the following procedure to simply change items text style using Change Style. An alternative way to do this is to use the Properties option.
-
First exit any mode you are in to get back into Select Mode or Edit Mode.
-
Select some text items or attributes and right click the mouse to use the Change Style option from the shortcut menu.
-
The following dialog will appear:
Text Style Name
If multiple items were selected with different styles, [Different] will be shown.
You can select an existing Text Style from the drop-down list of names. These styles have previously been defined in the Technology.
Alternatively, you can change the Text Size or Font to the required values, in this case a matching Text Style may be found in the technology and its name will be selected in the drop-down list. If no matching style exists, the Name field is left blank, for you to fill in a new style name.
Text Size
Text sizes can be expressed in the current design units or in Points (Points are the units used in printing and equal 1/72 inches). Use the Points check box to toggle between the units.
The Height field gives the nominal height of the characters. The actual height of the characters may be smaller than this size, depending on the font, and does not include interline spacing.
The Line Width only applies to the
Font
The font drop-down list shows all the true-type fonts currently available on your system. Hardware and non-scaleable fonts are not included. See your system documentation for more information on availability of fonts.
There is also the default
The Underline check box specifies if the text is to be underlined. All text with this style is underlined, underline and non-underline text cannot be mixed in the same string.
Barcodes
You can enter a barcode by selecting an inbuilt Barcode font. This converts the valid characters (usually the digits) into a barcode, other characters are ignored. You can specify various parameters. There is a start and end block, the Block Gap between these blocks and the barcode. The widths of the Narrow and Wide Bars can be specified, and you can invert the barcode.
See Barcode Styles help page for more details.
