With a drill table selected, the Properties dialog shows and allows you to modify properties.

Using Drill Tables
A Drill Table is a special documentation symbol which is dynamically generated to list all the drill hole sizes used for a given layer span. Use the Insert Drill Table option to add a drill table.
Using the Drill Table Properties Dialog
Span is the name of the layer span for the drill table.
The coordinates of the drill table can be changed using the Position edit controls.
Angle shows the rotation of the drill table and can be used to change it.
Check or uncheck Mirrored to mirror the drill table (use the Layer field to change the layer).
Layer is the layer the drill table will appear on.
Check the Include Symbol box if you have different symbol shapes for each drill size, and you wish to include these shapes in the drill table for reference.
To change the line style used in the drill table for the outline, use the Line Style property page.
To change the text style used in the drill table, use the Text Style property page.
