This page can be found on the Define Source dialog.

Use it to specify the DC value for the source, used for bias point calculation.

A simpler alternative to defining a universal source component is to use one of the specific DC Source components.

How To Define A DC Source

Use the Define Source dialog to edit a source device. Click on the DC tab.

The following dialog will be displayed:

Specifies DC value for bias point calculation.

Press on one of the 0, +5, +12, or +15 buttons to quickly use that commonly used value.

If one of Sine, Pulse, Noise, Piece wise linear, Exponential, or Single Frequency FM sources is also specified, this value will be ignored and the time = 0 value used instead.

Editing Multiple Components

If any of the fields are set to then some of the components you are changing have different values for that field. Clear this field and enter the required value for all components, or leave as to tell components to keep their original values for that field.
