The scroll bars are used for scrolling the design as an alternative to the Pulsonix applications own Pan controls. By clicking on one of the scroll bar boxes you can also perform a Repaint if require without moving the design.

How To Switch Scroll Bars On or Off
On the View menu, click on Scroll Bars.
The icon show next to Scroll Bars in the menu indicates that they are currently enabled by being shown as latched.
