How To Insert A Rectangle

  1. From the Insert menu, select Board or Copper, Shape etc., then Rectangle.

  2. Start the Rectangle by single clicking the mouse at the start point in the design, hold down and drag the cursor to the finish point of the Rectangle.

The drag diagonally can be to any of the four directions possible depending on where it is required.

By default, a rectangle is added by defining opposite corners, you can also define the rectangle about its centre. Use the Define From Centre command to toggle between the two methods.
