- Branch Point Via defines the colour of via that is marked as a Branch Point.
- Bus Tracks defines the colour of track in a Bus Track.
- Clearances defines the colour of the clearance around items which are obstacles, but not in error during Online DRC.
- Component Pad 1 defines the colour of the first footprint pad on each component. Note that this is footprint pin 1 regardless of the pin name defined in the part.
- Differential Pair Path defines the colour of the pad to pad path of tracks and connections in a Differential Pair. Note, it is possible to override this colour on an individual Differential Pair. when defining it in the Technology dialog.
- Differential Paired Tracks defines the colour of paired tracks in a Differential Pair.
- Highlight defines the colour of highlighted items. Items may be temporarily highlighted by the various find options and during some other operations.
- Highlight ‘Fail’, ‘Pass’, ‘Unchecked’ and ‘Warning’ define the colours used to indicating the database status of a component when it has been Checked Against the Database.
- Locked Track Segments defines the colour of track or breakout segments that have been locked.
- Marked Net defines the colour of the marked net (Not available in footprints).
- Non Connecting Copper defines the colour of non connecting copper (which is created by using copper pour, or by checking the Non Connecting box in Shape Properties for copper shapes). These can also be found by using the Non Connecting Copper attribute filter in the Find Bar.
- Not Fitted defines the colour of all the components that are not fitted in the current design variant. (Not available in footprints)
- Not Fitted In Any Variant defines the colour of all the components that are not fitted in any variants of the current design variant. (Not available in footprints)
- Online DRC defines the colour of the clearance around items which are in error during Online DRC.
- Selection defines the colour of items which have been selected, usually using Select Mode.
- Selection (Not Normally Visible) defines the colour of items which have been selected, but are not normally visible (e.g. a connected pin).
- Signal Paths defines the general colour of Signal Paths. A Signal Path can have it’s own colour, which will override this.
- Star Points defines the colour of Star Point documentation symbols.
- Sub Nets defines the general colour of Sub Nets. A Sub Net can have it’s own colour, which will override this.

- Test Points (Top) defines the colour of Test Points which are testable from the top. (Not available in footprints)
- Test Points (Bottom) defines the colour of Test Points which are testable from the bottom. (Not available in footprints)
- Unconnected Pads defines the colour of all unconnected pads. (Not available in footprints)
