Use this to interactively insert Bias Current Markers into the Schematic design.

Bias Current Markers are Parts used to annotate the schematic with the results of a DC operating point analysis, displaying the current on the pin they are placed on. The values shown on the markers are updated each time you simulate.

How To Insert A Bias Current Marker

Use the Insert Current Marker option from the Bias Annotation sub-menu on the Simulation menu.

A Bias Marker Part will appear for you to place. Move it over the pin on the device you wish to annotate and click to drop it onto the pin. If dropped directly on top of a pin it will be automatically attached.

You will then be presented with another Bias Marker to place. Press the Escape Key, or use the Cancel option from the shortcut menu to exit this mode.

If you inserted a marker that did not attach to a connection, simply drag it over the required pin after exiting the insertion mode.

If you have already run a Simulation, you may now update the values displayed on the markers by using the Update Values option from the Bias Annotation menu.

The format of the marker values can be changed using the Simulation Parameters options page.

The marker values can be hidden when not required using the Hide Values option from the Bias Annotation menu.
