This browser can be un-docked as a modeless dialog or docked as part of the Pulsonix framework. Use the right mouse button to make this selection.

Available from: View menu > Dockable Windows > ERC Errors Bar option
Prerequisites For Using This Browser
An Electrical Rules Check must be run first to create the error markers.
Using The Browser
The browser can be invoked from either the View menu or from the Dockable Views toolbar or by right clicking on the furniture.
To view an error of a particular type, firstly click on the box next to ERC Errors. This will then display all the actual error types found in the design. Click on the box next to the error type that you want to look at. This will then give a list of the pages that have this error. Click on the box next to the page name. This will then list the position of all errors of this type on this page. If you then double click on one of the positions in the list, the view centre of the page will move to this position.
Note that some errors will not appear in the browser list because no error markers were placed in the design during checking. This includes any empty nets, the fact that they are empty means there is nothing on that net anywhere in the design where an error marker can be placed.
[+] [-] Boxes Clicking on this box will expand or contract the contents within it. This will help focus on the error markers most interested in. The box showing a [+] indicates that it can be expanded to show more information, the [-] sign is used to contract the contents.
Notes and multi-line Notes for locked errors are shown in Green under the error in the ERC Errors Bar.
ERC Error Markers are displayed with a check box next to them, this indicates that they can be selected. You can select multiple errors, this allows you to perform additional operations on them, such as Locking, Unlocking or Deleting.

ERC Errors This level indicates the number of design rule error markers added (or already

An error marker can be locked (using Properties) so that it cannot be deleted. If the locked error marker contains a Note in the design, this will also be displayed under the locked error marker.
The Page and Error Type can be toggled using the Toggle Sort Order option from the context menu.
