Use Zoom In to contract the view of the design on the screen or item within the design.
There are two Zoom In functions:
- Zoom In
- Zoom In At Cursor
Zoom In is available on the main menu under View and when selected, will zoom in at the centre of the screen ignoring the cursor position.
Zoom In At Cursor is not available as menu item or as an icon but is available as a command for use as a shortcut. When used, it will zoom in at the current cursor position. You can also use the middle mouse wheel button by rolling it forward slowly.

How To Use Zoom In
- Select Zoom In from the Standard toolbar, or Zoom In from the View menu.
- Using the World-view, click the Zoom In At Cursor short cut key at the location you wish to zoom into.
Additional Information For Zoom In At Cursor
The additional command Zoom In At Cursor is not available as an icon or menu item but can be used from a keyboard command or middle mouse wheel button.
Default Keys: Z
Command: Zoom In At Cursor
Mouse: Roll mouse wheel forward
This command will allow you to zoom in at the current cursor location. If the Zoom at Cursor also re-centres window option is set, the current view window will also be simultaneously re-centred so the position of the cursor and the design item under it are now shown at the centre of the window.
