The application supports the ISO-Latin-1 character set, and a few additional characters. To input characters which are not on your keyboard, hold down the Alt key and type the 4 digit character code on the numeric keypad (including the leading 0).

Using the full Character Set

The picture below shows the full character set and the codes for each character using the . Characters shown as a box are currently undefined in this font.

For example, some commonly used additional characters are:

Alt + 0176 = degree

Alt + 0216 = diameter

Alt + 0177 = tolerance

You can use any of your system fonts by defining an appropriate Text Style in which case each character will be drawn differently and in some cases will not resemble the normal character at all.

You can also add barred text using the barring character (see Design Settings).
